Hope is Succumbing (Year Six)

I may like last year's design somewhat more, but I had difficulty coming up with any idea at all this time. The important thing is that a bunch of silly animals are not being helpful.
The figure at the base is practicing relaxation techniques in line with the "patient care initiative" the race proceeds were funding that year.
I had a moderately dark green background while drawing this so that I could be certain what was white and what was nothing, as last year the shirts were grey, rather than white. It is crucial that transparency be accurate. I have considered making every one of these scoundrels totally invisible to accommodate that.
