page 28 of part 3 of this. More extreme expressions than usual here, a few of them justified. These imps think they are constantly in peril.
I feel like it is cheating to not draw dumb creatures in the windows but none of the windows here are visible enough for me to use window poses that I have not already used recently. “recently” in the sense of the last 15 pages, not necessarily the last three years of real time. I am reserving the right to show Squirb in full at another occasion and have it not be immediately apparent who that is, so showing just a scrap of it in the pertinent space here seemed undesirable, and i do not know what it looks like yet anyhow.

This here`s me trackback!
Charmlatan sez:
Gadzooks! I did not expect this turn of events. Might this be the ground cero of a kumquat outbreak?
Heapinfrimp sez:
Ah ha I worried I made it too obvious that something like this was coming! Although my posting of new pages is so infrequent that possibly any trace of specific expectation or anticipation was nullified.
Purplespace sez:
I was not expecting this!
Charmlatan sez:
I must make time to go over your series again. I always thought what ever shenanigans was going on, it must be nemitz that is going through some sort of transformation. Mitz spent the most time with Kumquat alone. Or, it looked like mitz did. Elpse sure spends a lot of time incapacitated!
Heapinfrimp sez:
Elpse has some questionable incidents on preceding pages involving its arms, although when I got to drawing this one I realized that it is a tad inconsistent, visually, since kumquat has skinny arms. It may be possible to justify that by saying the transformation was not complete earlier, or that side-effects become visible on minimally affected areas. Or maybe the nature of the creatures prior to transformation affects that. Or maybe kumquat COULD have large arms but generally does not need to.
nemitz has also had some stupid times, however, indeed.

yabbity babbity I say

I refuse to acknowledge that anybody said that.
