I recently learned not only that Pierre Gilhodes had gotten made a Goblins part 5, he had a kick-starter for Goblins 6 and it bothered me that I never made an elaborate piece about this series despite taking inspiration in one way or another from its strange attitudes and art work for just about 30 years. I remember that I memorized the pixels on fingus (the one riding a bubble) and replicated it on school macintosh computers back before they had internet or microsoft paint would save files that apple computers would read. I stopped after realizing people didn’t recognize the character and thought I was drawing little monkeys but I have had this garbage deep in my mind for a long time and it needs to be released, that is the point. Similarly inappropriately big smiles have found their way into many of my drawings.
There is probably more context to be supplied but right now I want to prioritize getting this posted so I have website piece at the top which doesn’t mention trumpDRAP well maybe next week.
